Executive coaching that doesn’t stop with the executive.

We coach CEOs and senior leaders to transform their whole organization and build one that will outlast them.

Most executive coaching makes a better CEO. We help the CEO build a better organization.

Traditional executive coaching focuses on the person in the corner office: sharper decisions, stronger presence, better performance. That matters. But it usually stops there, and the rest of the organization keeps running on the same habits it always has. We go further. We equip leaders to carry transformation through every level of the organization, so the culture they build doesn’t depend on them to survive.

Transformed for the sake of others.

Two coaches. One voice.

Every Catalyst engagement gives you both founders. Andy and Nick each coach the full scope of the work, from the leader to the organization, and they work as one. You get the consistency of a single coaching relationship with the depth of 45+ years of combined experience across pharmaceuticals, trades, restaurants, nonprofits, and ministry.

The 4R Method, for the leader and the organization

Andy and Nick each developed this approach on their own, over years of leading in very different settings. When they met, they discovered they had been working the same way all along. The 4R Method is what they built together, and it moves you and your organization through four stages.

Reality: Name what’s actually true about you, your team, and your culture.

Reflection: Examine the patterns that got you here, in your leadership and across your organization.

Reverie: Picture the organization you want to leave behind.

Roadmap: Build the commitments, rhythms, and systems that carry the change through every level, long after the engagement ends.

Other Ways We Work

Leadership Team Engagements

When you’re ready to bring the work to your leadership team, we facilitate assessments and sessions that extend the transformation beyond the executive office.

Speaking and Workshops

Our Factory vs. Wilderness keynote asks the question most organizations never ask in a hard season: not just what should we cut, but what is this season forming in us? Delivered by both founders for conferences, board retreats, and staff gatherings.

For leaders who want to build something that outlasts them.

We work with CEOs, executive directors, business owners, and senior pastors who are done settling for personal growth that never reaches their people. We’ve led under the same pressures you face, so we coach from experience, not theory.

The Founders

Andy Albertini

Andy is the author of Rogue Leadership and has spent more than two decades leading in pharmaceuticals, nonprofit operations, international development, and ministry. As a National Organizational Effectiveness Manager, he built and trained the sales force that launched a pharmaceutical company’s first branded product. He has since served as a nonprofit CEO, directed international fundraising (including a $1.1M first year and a $10M endowment launch), led volunteer teams into refugee relief work overseas, and served ten years as a senior pastor. He holds an MA in Transformational Leadership and Spiritual Formation.

Nick Fiddick, SHRM-SCP

Nick has spent more than 20 years developing leaders and guiding growth in trades companies, restaurants, ministries, and nonprofits. Chick-fil-A brought him in to train and coach restaurant Operators, and he led a dramatic turnaround of an underperforming location. He equips business owners, executives, and teams with practical tools for strengthening culture, improving team dynamics, and building systems that scale. Nick has a gift for meeting leaders where they are and helping them take the next step. He believes leadership is not a title but a daily choice to serve, grow, and inspire others.

Let’s talk about your leaders and your organization.
